Content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on HAPPY TWEET:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).


• Any sexualized content involving minors.


• Child grooming or solicitation.


• Requests for or distribution of exploitative material involving children.


• Human trafficking or exploitation involving minors.


• Content promoting or encouraging child abuse in any form.


• Attempts to contact, manipulate, or exploit minors for inappropriate purposes.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report accounts, posts, comments, messages, photos, videos, or any other content that may violate our Child Safety Standards directly through the in-app reporting tools.

Every report is reviewed as quickly as possible by our moderation team. Where appropriate, we may remove violating content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve evidence when legally required, and cooperate with applicable law enforcement authorities.

Enforcement

When violations of these standards are identified, HAPPY TWEET may take one or more of the following actions:

• Immediately remove violating content.


• Restrict account functionality.


• Temporarily suspend user accounts.


• Permanently terminate accounts involved in serious violations.


• Report illegal content and activity to appropriate regional or national authorities where required by applicable law.

Cooperation with Authorities

HAPPY TWEET complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with authorized law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations when legally required. We may preserve and disclose information as required by applicable law in connection with investigations involving child exploitation or abuse.

All users are expected to help maintain a safe community by:

• Following our Community Standards.


• Respecting the safety and privacy of others.


• Reporting suspected child exploitation or abuse immediately.


• Never uploading, sharing, requesting, or promoting prohibited content.
